Booking:

Reservation Confirmation: The reservation is valid only after official acceptance by White Hill Hotel and after payment of the deposit or completion of the necessary information for the reservation.

Deposit: A 30% of total value of reservation deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or other methods specified at the time of booking.

Accurate Information: Guests are required to provide accurate and current information for their reservation, including first name, last name, and contact information.

Cancellation:

Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made within the specified deadline to avoid additional fees. The cancellation period is determined at the time of booking.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees apply depending on when the cancellation is made. Specific rates are determined at the time of booking and may vary based on the time of year and specific events.

Group Cancellation: Groups have special cancellation conditions, which will be defined in a separate agreement with the hotel.

Changes to reservation: Changes to reservation may be done only seven days prior to check in date by sending an email at info@whitehillhotel.al. After this period, the hotel does not guarantee action on the changes.

Children of any age are allowed. 1 child (up to and including 3 years old) stays for free when using available cots. Up to 2 children (up to and including 4 years old) stay for free when using existing beds. Up to 2 children (from 5 years old to 12 years old) stay for € 30 per child per night when using existing beds. 1 person (12 years old and over) stays for € 35 per child per night when using available extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds is 1. The maximum number of cots is 1. The maximum number of guests is 4.
